É devido a essa diversidade que reconhecemos que a melhor maneira de ensinar e compreender nossa cultura é antes de tudo mostrar aquilo que é diferente para outras culturas. Eisten disse que tudo é relativo, o que é verdade, especialmente quando inserido nas interações humanas. Consideramos, portanto, aprender com nossos estudantes um ato tão importante quanto ensina-los.
Muitos de nossos estudantes trouxeram para nossa história inspirações e know-how imensuráveis. Trabalhar com tamanha diversidade de pensamentos sempre é muito enriquecedor e este é o principal motivo para continuarmos trabalhando nesse setor.
