    Dough Figurine Making


  • yuán liào miàn fěn, nuò mǐ fěn, shí là, sè cǎi ,fēng mì
      原     料:    面    粉,    糯   米   粉,   石 蜡, 色  彩,   蜂   蜜
    Raw Materials : flour, glutinous rice flour, paraffin, color, honey etc

    gōng jù: sù dāo, jiǎn dāo, niè zi, xiǎo shū zi, zhú qiān
      工    具: 塑   刀,   剪    刀,   镊  子, 小     梳  子, 竹    签
    Tools: cattle bone stickers, scissors, tweezers, small combs, prods

    shóu fǎ: cuō, niē, yā, gǎn, kè, diāo, qiē
      手   法:   搓,   捏,  压,  擀,   刻,   雕,    切
    Skills: to knead, twine, rub and lift the colored dough and cut, carve, draw and mold the bodies, hands, heads and faces of the small figures by small bamboo knives

    bǎo cún: tōng fēng chù liàng gān hòu mì fēng bǎo cún
      保   存:    通     风     处    晾     干    后    密   封    保    存
    Store:Store sculptures in a container to keep them moist.
