Application Process

A) Email to us , and than we will send you a form. Fill in the form,please.
B) Please prepay the 30% program fee, send us the copy of the wire transfer with the application form, a copy of your passport ID page, and 3 passport ID photos 1 month before the Programs Start Date. After arriving in Beijing,you can pay for the rest program fee.

Visa：
When you have Enrolled this program, we will send the visa documents(Letter of Invitation and Confirmation Form) to you.
Contact your nearest Chinese Embassy or Consulate for the Visa Application Form and processing fee.
Please bring the following documents to the Embassy or Consulate:
i. Visa Application Form (completed)
ii. Your valid passport (it must be valid for a minimum of 6 months and for the duration of the program)
iii. A copy of the Letter of Invitation (provided by Capital Mandarin)
iv. Relevant visa application fee

Pick up
Send a fax or email to us and tell us your flight details: date, time of arrival, airline, flight number, and place of departure, so that we can arrange your airport reception. Please email to us this information at least 10 days before your arrival.
