  • 1 What is New HSK Test?

  • The new HSK test is China’s TOEFL, it is an international standardized exam that tests and rates Chinese language proficiency. It assesses non-native Chinese speakers’ abilities in using the Chinese language in their daily, academic and professional lives

    1) It is launched by China’s Ministry of Eduction, therefore, it is the most authoritative test for the non-native Chinese speakers.
    2) The different levels of the new HSK are similar to some of the levels in the Chinese Language Proficiency Scales for Speakers of Other Languages (CLPS) and the Common European Framework of Reference (CEF).

      4.recognize 150 Chinese characters

      Students can understand and use very simple Chinese phrases, meet basic needs for communication and possess the ability to further their Chinese language studies.

      Students will master 300 commonly used words and recognize 300 Chinese characters. Besides they can communicate about daily topics.

      1.further practice of pronunciation; 2.150 commonly used words; 3. grammar patterns and special structures; 4. basic communication abilities:exclamation, degree, frequency and so on;

      Students will master 600 words; read and write 300 Chinese characters. They can finish most communication tasks in Chinese when travelling in China (go shopping, see a doctor, sport and so on).

      Furthermore, they can write simple Chinese sentences according to the given situations.

      Student will master 2500 words. Besides, they can understand 80% of what he has heard while communicating with native Chinese speakers. Students can read Chinese newspapers and magazines, and give a short speech. Further they will write a short message and letter in Chinese.

    New HSK Examination Registration Process

  • New HSK Examination Registration Process
    For test takers registering via the Internet, it’s only needed to sign up to be a member of the website, select the desired category, date and site for the test, and input your personal information. And then your booking for the examination is finished.

    Upon completion of the booking, test takers are kindly reminded to pay examination fees before the corresponding deadline, only by which, can the booking finally take effect, the test taker be confirmed, and such services as printing of test admission ticket offered.

    Tips:
    1. Read carefully the examination regulations before registration and participating in examination to facilitate the process of registration and examination;
    2. Keep well the account information and test entry card information, which will be of greater help to inquire and obtain the test report and the certificate;
    3. If there are any questions about the timing and traffic routes, contacting registered test center in advance will be a good choice.
